Nothing at all. Just show up. I'll have already looked at your website so I'll have context. All you need is 15 minutes and an honest answer to a few questions about your business.

Is this actually free, or is there a catch? +

It's genuinely free. There's no pitch at the end, no upsell sequence, and you won't be added to any list. The purpose of the call is to find out if the Friction Fix is right for you — and if it's not, I'll say so clearly.

What if I'm outside the 30-mile radius? +

Book the call anyway and let's have the conversation. Travel beyond 30 miles of Newcastle may mean a small additional cost — but we'll be completely transparent about that before you commit to anything.
